Nickel Alloys
We repair and rebuild specialised exhaust systems manufactured from
nickel alloys such as Hastalloy X, Inconel and Incoloy for the Aviation
Industry.
This includes but is not limited to the exhaust ducts for Bell 206 and Bell
414 helicopters Twin Otters, Beechcraft King Air and exhaust collectors
for Rolls Royce engines.
We can also repair and rebuild most segments of the 400 series
Cessna’s fitted with exhaust assemblies manufactured from Inconel 601.
For General industry we are able to carry out specialised repairs to
heater elements and other high temperature equipment.
